A trust is an arrangement where a person or company (the trustee) holds assets (trust property) in trust for the benefit of others (the beneficiaries).
Our documents are presented to the highest standard. Our standard trust package includes an Original Deed plus two copies the deed. A PDF copy of the deed will be sent as soon as it is created. We also offer a PDF only service for a reduced fee.
We provide a service to stamp signed trust deeds for an additional fee. Stamping can be done onsite for those in the Sydney CBD.
We provide a service to correct errors with trust deeds through a deed of amendment or other appropriate method.
We are happy to assess a deed free of charge and provide a quote for the required work.
We collaborate with Corporate Network Limited to incorporate companies.
As an ASIC agent Corporate Network Limited can incorporate all types of companies including Proprietary Limited Companies, Public Companies, Non-Profit and Superannuation Fund Corporate Trustees. We also provide a wide range of services on existing companies such as:
